¼ cupred onionsliced thinly, can substitute with shallots or green onions
¼cupfresh dillchopped, may use dried
½cupItalian salad dressing
1teaspoonolive oil for sauteing

Instructions
Trim the ends of the fresh green beans and cut into roughly 2- to 3-inch pieces.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, and add the green beans. Cook for 7 minutes, then drain immediately, and place in ice water to stop cooking.
Lightly saute the onions in olive oil.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked green beans, onions, dill, Italian dressing, and feta cheese. Toss to combine.
Refrigerate for two hours prior to serving. Can be made ahead of time the day before.
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to one week. Serve cold.
